About
Foad Nabi founded Help With Tax with the focus of helping people prevent and prepare for IRS audits. While working at a tax resolution firm, he found many good people who had to pay significant fines to the IRS for tax mistakes on their return, even though their CPA had signed the return. Foad realized that the only way to actually help people is by educating them before they get audited. He eventually left the tax resolution firm to start his own practice with the focus of helping businesses properly do their bookkeeping and file taxes.
Foad holds an active Enrolled Agent license, the highest credential awarded by the IRS, which recognizes his expertise in tax law and procedures. He obtained an A.A. in Business Administration from Fullerton College and continued his education by earning a B.A. in Accounting and Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara. Foad’s experience working at a prominent tax resolution firm and with Intuit QuickBooks has provided him with a wealth of knowledge and skills that he has leveraged to develop an innovative record-keeping system. This system is designed to assist taxpayers in meeting IRS compliance requirements and ease their concerns about the prospect of an audit.
